The base shall feature two bottom rails and integral turntable to allow the rack to slide forward, rotate and lock at 60 or 90 degrees. The rack shall include six cable lacing bars, a front securing/finishing panel and side supports with obround openings. Load capacity shall be 125 lbs. The rack shall ship unassembled in two cartons. The rack shall be manufactured in the USA using US and global components and have a smooth-black powder-coat finish. It shall be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and Buy American Act (BAA) compliant.
