ENTEC® solub are fertilizers that inhibit the conversion of ammonia nitrogen to nitrate (nitrification), ensuring the availability of nitrogen in the soil at the appropriate time. This is achieved by inhibiting the action of Nitrosomonas bacteria, responsible for the conversion of ammonia to nitrite. Plants thus retain both forms of nitrogen, ammoniacal and nitrate, for a long period. The crop benefits from this mixture of nitrogenous nutrition while minimizing nitrogen losses to the environment.
