Mike Cromwell

Mike was born in Florida and moved—kicking and screaming—to the UK at the age of 7. He was educated in Cambridge and began his career in sales selling menswear.

In 1985, he joined a company called Trika Sports, selling ladies’ leotards and dancewear across the UK. (Not many people know that—and yes, it was great!)

Mike’s journey into coffee began in 1987 when he started selling coffee and vending machines throughout East Anglia. In 1992, driven by a desire to go the extra mile in customer service and deliver real value for money, he decided to start his own company.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys walking his dogs Mika and Lily, playing golf, gardening, and soaking up the sun whenever it shines.
