1. Clean area to be repaired. Buff thoroughly and brush off buffing dust with a clean cloth. 2. Apply Chemical Activator liberally over buffed surface. ALLOW TO DRY THOROUGHLY. 3. Remove foil while holding paper tab and keep fingers off uncured surface. Leave mylar covering on patch. Press patch in position. Stitch down firmly, especially around edges. 4. Remove mylar covering. 5. Vulcanization will take place automatically without heat!
