Description Highly durable labels suitable for asset tags or where they will be exposed to the elements. Blank white Matt Synthetic (PP) thermal transfer labels for use with thermal transfer ribbon. Max OD of 100mm means they will fit most desktop label printers (including TSC, Honeywell, Datamax, Zebra, Sato, Toshiba and more). These labels are not perforated. To ensure a long-lasting print we recommend using in combination with a high-quality pure Resin thermal transfer ribbon (see our core ribbon grades here) Thermal transfer labels have a longer lasting print, compared with direct thermal labels. They need an ink ribbon in order to print. Direct thermal labels use heat-sensitive material that darken to form barcodes, graphics and printed text when heat is applied by the printer’s print head.
